01

Keep evidence sources separate

Provider attestation, organizer observation, system timestamps, attendee feedback, and incident records are different facts. Preserve each source and make discrepancies visible.

02

Close each service requirement

Use explicit outcomes such as delivered, partially delivered, not delivered, requester no-show, provider no-show, cancelled, or not needed. Carry unresolved issues into follow-up or a reopened case.

03

Retain less, learn more

Apply record-class retention, export and deletion rules. Move only non-sensitive, sourced lessons into reusable provider or venue records, with verification and recheck dates where appropriate.

Operational boundary

Keep decisions human and evidence explicit

Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.

Common questions

What teams usually ask

What counts as delivery evidence?

Examples include provider attestation, organizer observation, service timestamps, technical-check results, incident records, and requester confirmation. Each source should remain identifiable.

Can an outcome be corrected?

Yes, through a superseding event that preserves the original record, identifies the correction, actor, time, and reason.

When is a case ready to close?

After every service has an outcome, discrepancies and incidents have an owner or resolution, requester follow-up is complete, and retention treatment is set.
