The public tools, guides, and templates on this site. They are free, need no account, and are the whole of what you can use right now. The workspace product described elsewhere on this site is a design, not a running service you can sign up for.
How pricing will work when there is something to price
It will follow operational scope rather than seat count: event volume, user and role model, retention, reporting, identity, integration, support, and deployment requirements. No provider payments will pass through Evencue. We are not publishing figures we cannot yet stand behind.
What the early-access pilot includes
Pilot scoping documents the event, dates, request and service volumes, participating roles, source systems, manual or CSV activation path, current providers, security review, retention policy, and success measures. The working sessions cover field mapping, role setup, request intake, service planning, provider and onsite handoffs, requester confirmation, readiness review, delivery states, incidents, closeout, export, and an evidence-based decision about wider use.

What changes portfolio pricing
Pricing is affected by concurrent and annual event volume, request and service volume, client or program structure, identity requirements, retention and legal-hold needs, reporting, integration scope, support coverage, deployment model, and implementation work. Provider fees, captioning, interpreting, equipment, travel, and venue services are purchased directly by the organizer and are not included in Evencue pricing.
How to evaluate value before expanding
Measure the current process before the pilot: coordinator time, duplicate entry, unresolved dependencies near cutoffs, provider follow-up, time to attendee confirmation, day-of recovery, incident reconciliation, export preparation, and closeout completion. Compare the same measures during the pilot. Evencue should expand only when the complete workflow becomes more dependable, more privacy-aware, or materially easier to operate; a successful login or imported form is not enough.
What Evencue does not charge for
Public planning tools remain available without registration. Evencue does not sell tickets, process donations, broker providers, take a percentage of provider invoices, hold organizer funds, or add transaction fees to interpreting or captioning services. The product is priced for the software and implementation scope of accommodation operations.
Keep decisions human and evidence explicit
Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.

Is there a provider transaction fee?
No. Evencue does not broker services, hold organizer funds, or process provider payments.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because the product is not available to buy. Publishing a monthly figure would imply a purchase you cannot make. When there is something to sell, the figures will appear here.
Can I sign up?
