01

Intake, triage, and clarification

Receive a private request, send a receipt, assign an owner, identify affected event context, and ask structured clarifying questions through a secure channel. Preserve the original request and each response.

02

Human decision and fulfillment planning

An authorized organizer records the decision and requester-visible explanation. For accepted planning, create one or more service requirements with owners, deadlines, providers, approvals, room or technology dependencies, and confirmation steps.

03

Confirmation, delivery, and closeout

Return a plain-language plan to the requester. After confirmation, verify readiness, record day-of status and incidents, capture separate evidence sources, resolve discrepancies, close the case, and apply retention.

Operational boundary

Keep decisions human and evidence explicit

Evencue records decisions made by authorized organizers and coordinates their event-specific consequences. It does not determine legal reasonableness, medical validity, entitlement, or venue certification. Provider and onsite views receive only the information required for their task.

Common questions

What teams usually ask

Who approves an accommodation request?

An authorized person in the organizer’s process makes and records the decision. Evencue does not autonomously approve or decline requests.

Can one request need multiple services?

Yes. Each service should have its own provider, schedule, dependencies, readiness, delivery status, evidence, and outcome.

What makes the workflow auditable?

Actors, timestamps, reasons, state transitions, disclosure events, versions, delivery evidence, and superseding corrections remain visible in an append-oriented history.
